Joe Waller

A veteran in the travel industry with an eclectic background, Joe has a well-earned reputation for pushing the industry to embrace technology and improve the travel experience. In 2011, while at HMSHost, he led the team that created B4 You Board, the first mobile app for food ordering and delivery. The following year, the National Restaurant Association named B4 You Board one of the 3 most significant technological innovations in the restaurant industry. In addition to HMSHost, Joe has served in the leadership at Westfield and, as CEO, led a successful turnaround and rebranding of Pacific Gateway. Joe has served as Chairman of the Airports Council International Associates Board of Directors and on the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) Board.
