Santiago Santamaría Soler's work experience begins in 2010 with a role in the Department of Media at El Pais, where they were involved in media planning and reservation, campaign activation, and budget control. In 2011, they moved on to McCann Erickson as an Account Executive, working on national and international advertising campaigns. Santiago then took on the role of Senior Account Executive, overseeing the strategic repositioning of ALDI in Spain. In 2015, Santamaría Soler joined Young & Rubicam as a Senior Account Supervisor, leading the development of 360-degree campaigns for international clients. In 2018, they became a Creative Solutions Manager at Fever, a global live-entertainment discovery platform. Santiago was later promoted to Global Communications & PR Lead, and then to their current position as Global Head of Communications, Public and Institutional Relations.
Santiago Santamaría Soler obtained a Licenciatura en Publicidad y RRPP (Especialización Marketing) degree from ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they studied relaciones públicas, publicidad y marketing from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Santiago became a member of Nova Talent in July 2022.
