Rob Neale currently serves as Chief Product Officer at PACE ESG since September 2021. With extensive experience at Fexco since May 2004, Rob has held various roles including Head of Product & Innovation - ESG, Head of Product for Easydebit, and Operations Manager for Fexco Merchant Services. Prior to Fexco, Rob worked at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as Commercial Manager and at NatWest in several capacities such as Cash Management Consultant, Financial Advisor, and Retail Banking Specialist. Rob holds a Diploma of Education in Digital Transformation Management from UCD Professional Academy, earned in 2021.
