Nate Koetje

Nate leans into FZ’s vision and values by making a positive impact through leadership. As CEO, his drive and passion to serve FZ’s employees, customers, and ultimately its communities creates a unique, culturally-rich and supportive work environment. Over the last 20+ years, Nate’s hands-on experience in various roles throughout the company has helped FZ expand in both service offerings and geographical locations. Today, FZ exists as an Electrical Services and Industrial Technology firm in large part due to his vision. Nate has an MSW from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. Outside of FZ’s walls, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time in the woods or on the water with his family.
