Dr. Jane Tian

Dr. Jane Tian currently serves as the Head of HR for Europe and North America at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Applied Science Fulda, focusing on International Talent Management and Global Human Resources Management from October 2021 to October 2023, and as Head of HR for Europe at Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. from March 2022 to March 2023. Dr. Tian has held various senior HR positions, including HR Director roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities spanned across EMEA and Greater China, and staffing roles at PepsiCo and B.Braun. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Beijing International Studies University and a Junior College degree in International Business from Capital University of Economics and Business.
