Gerald Horst has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gerald began their career at Principal Financial Group as a Systems Analyst from 1986 to 1991. From there, they worked at MCI Communications as a Manager of Billing Application Development from 1991 to 1995. Afterward, they joined EDS Group as a Senior Systems Engineer in 1995. Following this, they joined McLeodUSA in 1996 as the Director of Network Information Technology, where they managed the development of network Operational Support Systems and participated in various strategic business process and IT architecture engineering projects. Gerald then worked at LEC Services as a Business Development Executive from 2002 to 2003, and at Team Technologies as a Senior Program Manager from 2003 to 2004. Finally, Horst joined Fiberutilities Group as the Vice President of Client Services in 2004.
Gerald Horst attended Loras College from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
