He has previously served as a senior finance team member at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he held roles including VP & Assistant Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of its global reinsurance brokerage subsidiary, Guy Carpenter & Company. Ajay has also previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Kroll Associates. Ajay holds a BMath and an MA from the University of Waterloo in Canada, an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a Chartered Accountant in Canada.
