Faeth also has particularly strong expertise in critical capital markets communications and has advised on many very high profile mergers and acquisition transactions including contested and agreed deals as well as restructuring and capital raisings for clients.
Faeth has recently completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Programme and is a Psychology honours graduate from The University of St Andrews in Scotland.
