At FGH, she has led IPO communications for a number of transactions including solutions by stc in Saudi Arabia, Al Mal Capital REIT in Dubai and Yahsat in Abu Dhabi, as well as advising a number of key financial services accounts including Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, Morgan Stanley and AlixPartners.
With over nine years of experience in the UAE, KSA and wider MENA region, Rawan has developed specific expertise in financial communications, capital market transactions, stakeholder communications, reputation management and delivering communications strategies on behalf of a portfolio of brands in the financial and professional service industries.
Rawan is fluent in English and Arabic and is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (accredited by the Middle East Investor Relations Association).
