Donnell Neal is the Chief of Care Management at FHE Health. He assures that the organization operates with efficiency, safety, and with quality of care. Mr. Neal is the glue of FHE, directing a team of behavioral health technicians, maintenance personnel, as well as managing admission, transition, and discharge processes. Donnell is versatile and maintains multiple functions within the organization.
Mr. Neal believes that everyone in life deserves a second chance. For this reason, he went on to become a Certified Addiction Counselor, and furthered his passion for helping people by studying Psychology at Phoenix University acquiring a BS in Human Services. Over the past 15 years, his passion to help others allows him to guide, coach and support those struggling with behavioral health issues.
