FIBI Holdings Ltd is an Israel-based holding company. The Company is the parent company of the FIBI group, which includes First International Bank and its banking subsidiaries in Israel: Otsar Ha-Hayal Bank, Poaley Agudat Israel Bank (PAGI), UBank and Massad Bank. Together, the banks operate a network of approximately 170 branches. The FIBI group also has overseas banking subsidiaries, including FIBI Bank in Zuerich, Switzerland, and FIBI Bank in London, the United Kingdom. The Group has several segments of activity: capital markets, foreign exchange, private banking and global trading, as well as corporate finance and retail banking. In addition to its banking activities, the Company invests in a number of entities through a wholly-owned subsidiary FIBI Investment House Ltd.
