Jonathan Sharpe

Jonathan Sharpe has extensive experience in billing and account management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Billing and Credit Manager at Fibrus since November 2019, Jonathan has previously held significant roles, including Billing & Provisioning Manager at Standard Utilities from July 2014 to November 2019, and Senior Account Manager at UTV Media from January 2007 to June 2014. In the latter position, Jonathan managed direct market channels and oversaw reseller functions in the UK and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. Jonathan began a career at BT in January 1992, working as a Business Account Executive focused on new business development and account management in the SME market, and possesses expertise in consultative selling of voice, data, and mobile applications. Education has been acquired through the School of Life.
