Marissa Schott has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Marissa currently holds the role of Vice President of Risk Management/Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Claims Management & Business Insurance at the same company. Before joining Fidelity, Marissa worked at RCM&D for nearly 18 years, where they served as an Account Manager and Senior Claims Adjuster. Marissa began their career at Provident Bank as a Financial Services Representative.
Marissa Schott attended Patapsco High School from 1995 to 1999. Marissa then pursued higher education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2020 to 2023, where they studied Business Management and Human Resources.
