Arynn Crow

Arynn Crow leads the User Authentication product team, where she is responsible for driving strategy in AWS authentication flows and threat detection services across mobile and web experiences. Previously, she led the product, program, and operations groups for Amazon’s retail customer service identity team. Arynn has spent nearly a decade with Amazon, focusing most of that time on security and identity, leading a range of initiatives from extensive access control restructuring, to deployment of strong authentication services, and identity management solutions. Arynn holds an undergraduate degree in International Affairs and a master’s degree in Political Science.
