Thaddeus Allen

Thaddeus Allen is a seasoned professional in cancer research and drug development, currently serving as the Founder and Scientific Lead at Tradewind BioScience since January 2018. Thaddeus specializes in target discovery and validation for novel cancer therapeutics, managing key partnerships and funding initiatives. Additionally, since February 2024, Thaddeus works as an Oncology Advisor and Science Writer for FidoCure®, contributing to various creative projects. Previous roles include Vice President of Translational Biology and Business Development at Anticancer Bioscience, where Thaddeus led research on therapeutic mechanisms and a biomarker discovery program while expanding the company’s patent portfolio. Thaddeus has also contributed to education as a lecturer at UC Berkeley Extension and Cañada College, and held a research scientist position at the University of California, San Francisco. Thaddeus holds a PhD and MSc in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Biology/Pharmacology from McMaster University.
