Doug Benning is a seasoned hardware engineering professional with a robust background in mixed analog/digital hardware design. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Fidus Systems since January 2019, Doug has held various roles in hardware design and development, including positions at Rockport Networks Inc. and multiple tenures with Fidus Systems. Prior to this, Doug was the Director of Hardware Development at Edgewater Wireless Systems and played a key role in founding and leading LoBenn Inc. as President and Vice President of R&D. Doug also has experience as a Senior Engineer at Mitel Knowledge and held leadership positions in R&D at Pika Technologies and West End Systems. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan between 1976 and 1980.
