Chaitanya Tambat

Chaitanya Tambat is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Field AI since October 2023. Previously, Chaitanya served as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC San Diego, focusing on the design and conceptualization of an underwater fish-like robot, and held multiple positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for courses in computational methods and experimental techniques. Early career experience involved a research assistant position at Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Robotics and Controls from UC San Diego.
