Karen de Libero has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2001 with the French Embassy in India as Deputy Commercial Attache, they then moved on to Sodexho Pass International in Shanghai as the Manager of Asia Business Development and Marketing. From there, they joined Payzy in Bangkok as the VP of Sales & Marketing and Head of MPC. In 2008, they joined BSI in London as the Group Manager of CRM, Market Engagement, and eBusiness. Karen then moved to Stantive Technologies Group Inc. in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, as the VP of Marketing & Customer Success. In 2017, they worked as the Director of Business Development for Accreditation Canada on a contract basis. In 2018, they joined Bruyère as the Manager of Research and Commercialization, focusing on using technology to help people age better. Currently, Karen is a Project Lead for Enterprise Applications and Integrations at Field Effect. Along with their experience, Karen has also co-founded Insights for Impacts, a consulting agency that helps companies solve business problems and optimize the usage of new technologies for marketing strategies.

Karen de Libero has a degree in Business Administration from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Karen also has a Master's degree in Customer Relationship Management and Entrepreneurship from ESC Clermont Business School, earned from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in International Management and Global Marketing from Örebro University from 1998 to 1999. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation Strategy from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town, which they started in 2022.
