Joe Hoppesch

Joe Hoppesch is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in software engineering and platform architecture. Currently serving as Director of Platform Engineering at Field Nation since January 2024, Joe previously held significant roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of Platform Engineering and Senior Director of Architecture (R&D) from April 2020 to September 2023. Joe's earlier positions include Lead Architect at Format Solutions, Chief Software Architect at KrolLDiscovery, and various engineering roles at Kroll Ontrack, Cardiocom, and Dexma. Joe's technical expertise was developed through foundational roles starting as a Software Engineer at Quorum Litigation Services and Programmer/Analyst at Minnesota Technology, complemented by co-ownership and vice presidency at Aladdin, Inc. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Illinois University.
