Nick Emmans

Nick Emmans is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager for Network Discovery at Field Nation since September 2018, Nick has held various roles including Marketplace Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruitment Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter at Award Staffing, where the focus was on providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. Earlier positions include Human Resources Generalist Intern at MatrixCare and Benefits Representative at Towers Watson. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, complemented by a minor in Spanish Language & Culture.
