Rayne Nichol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, customer success, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Customer Success at Field Safe Solutions since September 2020, Rayne leads efforts in customer engagement and project coordination across multiple client accounts, ensuring effective platform integration globally. Previously held roles include Customer Success Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Support Analyst within the same company, showcasing a strong history in client relationship management and user adoption. Prior to this, Rayne contributed to sales and marketing as the Merchandise Manager for Spruce Meadows/Cavalry Football Club, achieving record sales for the inaugural Canadian Premier League season. Rayne also has entrepreneurial experience as a part owner and General Manager of Strikers Sports, where innovations in operations significantly boosted productivity.
