Prior to this role, Simona worked as an Accounting Specialist at UNA Hotels & Resorts, handling general accounting aspects and overseeing compliance and reporting for the hotel chain. Simona also gained valuable experience as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, focusing on medium to large international industrial companies. Simona holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi di Perugia.

This process – including local consultation processes where required – is likely to take a few months, Granite in Europe will transition to FieldCore and a more detailed country transition plan will follow in the coming weeks.
