Brage Vasseljen

Brage Vasseljen has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Brage worked as a Product Developer at Morpho Solar, where they contributed to the development of innovative thermal heat storage technology for solar cookers. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Product Developer at One Earth Designs, focusing on developing a thermal battery for use with the SolSource. In 2017, they had a Business Development role at NTE - grønt forsprang for a brief period. In the same year, they became a Brakes and Pedal Box Engineer at Revolve NTNU, an independent student organization. Brage then joined Gamer.no as a Freelance Writer in 2016, primarily writing about the MOBA-game League of Legends. Currently, since 2018, Brage Vasseljen works as a Product and Process Development Engineer (DfAM) at Fieldmade AS, where they are involved in creating fully integrated deployable Additive Manufacturing solutions for various sectors such as defense, maritime, emergency response, and energy.

Brage Vasseljen has a strong education background in mechanical engineering and product development. From 2013 to 2018, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Product Development and Materials Engineering. During the same period, from 2016 to 2017, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a concentration in Industrial Design and Product Development, at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brage Vasseljen has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in their field. In December 2019, they completed the "AMx: Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production" program offered by MIT xPRO. Furthermore, in February 2020, they earned the "Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional – Mechanical Design" certification from Dassault Systèmes. Most recently, in July 2022, they acquired the "Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate - Additive Manufacturing" certification, also from Dassault Systèmes.
