Jonathan Ridley

Jonathan Ridley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where they advised clients on their financial security needs. Moving on, they worked as a Server at various restaurants such as On The Border, Anamia's Tex-Mex, and Cheddar's Casual Cafe, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and upselling. Jonathan also worked as a Merchandiser/Demo at First Hand Marketing, maximizing sales through effective product display and promotion.

In 2012, Ridley joined Connextions as a Licensed Agent, providing customer support and assistance. Jonathan also worked as an IT Technician at Baxter I.T. Consulting Services, managing the IT needs of local cities and small to medium-sized businesses, with a focus on technical support, cloud services, and security.
