Brandon Fields

Brandon Fields currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder of Fieldstone Bio since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from March 2019 to August 2023, where research focused under the guidance of Chris Voigt. Brandon's experience includes a position as a Research Associate at Harvard University from August 2014 to February 2019, collaborating with Scott Kennedy, and a PhD candidacy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from June 2012 to December 2018, where studies were conducted under Scott Kennedy. Brandon began academic research as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh from April 2009 to May 2012, under the mentorship of Lew Jacobson. Educationally, Brandon obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
