Damiano Bardini began their work experience as a Research Engineer at IFP Energies nouvelles in 2011, where they stayed until 2013. Damiano then joined Schlumberger in 2014 as a Field Engineer. In 2015, Bardini moved to the Hilti Group, where they held various roles including Account Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Strategy Project Manager, and Finance Project Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Service Manager for the Middle East and Africa region at Hilti. Bardini then became the Regional Manager for Western Pennsylvania at Hilti from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Bardini is working as a Senior Business Developer at Fieldwire starting in 2022.
Damiano Bardini has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Damiano also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Powertrain Engineering from IFP School. Furthermore, Damiano Bardini has completed the Global Leadership Program at IMD, specializing in International Business.
