Maaike Veldhuis

Maaike Veldhuis is an experienced professional in communication and coaching, currently serving as a Coach at Fier since March 2022 and as a Coach for low literacy at Friesland College since September 2019. Maaike founded and directs Veldhuis Communicatie, providing communication and PR advice since 2008, and has been a trainer at Performance College during the same timeframe. Previous roles include serving as interim head of communication and marketing at Friesland Marketing and as a senior communication adviser for Provincie Fryslan from 1995 to 2008. Maaike's educational background includes a senior degree in PR & communication from Van der Hilst Communicatieprofessionals and training in interior advising and pharmacy education.
