Phillip Hoffman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program management and operations across various technology and finance companies. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Fierce since July 2021, Phillip has previously held pivotal roles including Head of Technical Program Management at Gemini, where organizational growth was achieved rapidly, and Director of Program Management at CaaStle, leading a global team through rapid expansion. Early career achievements include building the Program Management Office at Gwynnie Bee and managing engineering projects at Motion Solutions. An accomplished educator, Phillip also founded Hoffman Tutors, providing personalized tutoring in mathematics and physics.
