Peter Spring serves as Chief of Staff & Counsel to Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Brendan Wallace.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Peter was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, where he provided financial advisory and capital-raising services to real estate, gaming, lodging, and proptech clients.
Peter is from New York, where he currently lives. He is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where he studied Politics and History; The London School of Economics, where he received his M.Sc. in International Political Economy; and Duke Law School, where he received his J.D. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
