Alexandra Doggett

Alexandra Doggett is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Senior Director of Commercial Legal at Figma since December 2020, Alexandra has held various roles within the company, including Director and Managing Counsel. Prior to Figma, Alexandra practiced as a Partner at Johnson & Oshan Law PLLC, where a technology transactions practice group was established and led. Alexandra has also worked as Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, offering guidance on IP strategies and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements for clients. Earlier career roles include Associate Corporate Counsel at Hyland Software and legal internships, further enhancing expertise in contract negotiation and legal research. Alexandra holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.A. in International Affairs and Spanish from Trinity University, complemented by international studies in Latin American politics and language.
