Maisie Ho

Maisie Ho is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing and developing IT teams. Currently serving as IT Manager at Figma since October 2019, Maisie was the first IT hire, successfully expanding the team to 20 members with a notable 90% retention rate. Prior to this, Maisie held the position of Senior IT Engineer/Team Lead at Jones IT, where responsibilities included project management, guiding career growth for team members, and implementing various IT solutions.
