Ben Thalman

Ben Thalman, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Protocol Specialist and Protocol Analyst at Figment since October 2021. Previously, Ben held various roles at Cidel Asset Management Inc. from July 2016 to October 2021, including Investment Analyst for Fixed Income and Trading as well as for the Multi-Asset Team, focusing on portfolio management, trading strategies, and marketing. Before Cidel, Ben worked as an Investment Analyst at Cidel Financial Group from April 2012 to June 2016, engaging in alternative investment analysis and portfolio performance analysis. Ben's earlier experience includes roles at CAP REIT, Triton Pharma, IntelliPharm, the World Association of Newspapers, and Telelangue. Ben holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Université de Montréal and a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Waterloo.
