Rosa Karimi Adl

Rosa Karimi Adl is an experienced engineering manager and software designer, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Figment since July 2022, while also providing consultation on software architecture and design at hexoticode inc since June 2019. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager I and Senior Software Engineer at Synopsys Inc, as well as Senior Software Developer at Interbit Ltd and Synopsys Inc. With a solid foundation as a Software Developer at Strata Health and earlier positions in software development and database design, Rosa's expertise is complemented by a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, alongside MS and BSc degrees in Computer Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University. Rosa has also played a significant role in academia as a Teaching/Research Assistant at the University of Calgary, mentoring new teaching assistants and leading various computer science courses.
