Juan Sebastian Orjuela

Juan Sebastian Orjuela, DVM, is an emergency veterinarian at VCA Canada London Regional Veterinary Emergency & Referral Hospital since April 2024. As a co-founder and past president of the Latinx Veterinary Medical Association since February 2020, Juan has been actively involved in the veterinary community. Additional roles include serving as a brand ambassador for FIGS and Dr. Woof Apparel, along with experience as an associate veterinarian at Strathroy Animal Clinic from March 2023 to March 2024. Juan's educational background includes a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph, where involvement as a student veterinarian and international student peer mentor was notable. Previous roles include veterinary technician and assistant positions, along with internships and ambassador roles in various veterinary organizations and conferences.
