Paulina Virgen

Paulina Virgen possesses extensive experience in materials sourcing, product development, and design within the fashion industry. Notably, Paulina served as Director of Raw Materials & Color and Director of Sourcing at FIGS, and prior to that, held the position of Director of Design, Materials and Product Development at Zigmano, where responsibilities included overseeing product launches and managing supplier relationships. Paulina has significant leadership experience from roles at A.L.C. and Coach, where strategic development and cross-department collaboration were emphasized. An educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Chico, and an Associate degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design.
