Florian Gendeau is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership and management. Currently serving in a finance role at Figure since September 2024, Florian previously held the position of Head of Finance at Novo - Small Business Banking from July 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included establishing and overseeing all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Capital Markets from the ground up.
