Udit Singh possesses extensive leadership experience in the food and dairy sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Fiji Revenue and Customs Service since March 2024. Prior to this position, Udit Singh was the CEO of MilkTestNZ from May 2018 to March 2024, and held the role of Vice President for Food Testing in Southeast Asia at Eurofins from January 2012 to April 2018, focusing on market development and M&A activities. Udit Singh also managed the laboratories, diagnostics, and international business for AsureQuality as the Group General Manager from June 2003 to December 2011 and played a pivotal role in expanding AgriQuality's Auckland Laboratory during a tenure as Operations Manager from 1999 to 2003. Earlier career experience includes serving as General Manager at Fridge Freight Limited and as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Udit Singh earned a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of the South Pacific and has additional education from Melbourne Business School and Labasa College.

The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service is a statutory authority under the FRCS Act 1998 (Fiji) that is governed by a Board and administered by a Chief Executive together with more than 800 officers including managers.
