Shatta is a delicious and versatile Palestinian chilli-based condiment that is a staple in most if not all, Palestinian households. It is unique in its heritage and ritual as an integral part of the daily culinary experience, with a recipe typically passed down through generations. 

As three Palestinian co-founders, our story is no different. Each of us grew up with salt, pepper, and shatta on the kitchen table.
