Jeffrey A. Robinson, Ph. D., currently serves as Interim Chancellor and Provost and Executive Vice-Chancellor at Rutgers University - Newark, a role joined since July 2022. Simultaneously, Robinson holds the Prudential Chair in Business at Rutgers Business School while being a Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship since 2008, overseeing various research initiatives and serving as Academic Director at The Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development. Additionally, Robinson is an author and engaged as a Center of Excellence Fellow for Innovation and Incubation at the Filene Research Institute. As President of Jeffrey A Robinson International LLC since 2013 and actively involved in nonprofit organizations, including leadership roles in the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Sphinx Scholarship Fund, and Support Center for Nonprofit Management, Robinson is committed to enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness. Robinson's academic credentials include a Ph.D. from Columbia Business School and a diverse educational background in civil engineering and urban studies from Rutgers University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
