Whitney Swain

Whitney Swain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Whitney most recently worked as a Sales Engineer at Filevine starting in September 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they were a Document Review Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A.

Before their role at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., they served as a Document Review Attorney at Xact Data Discovery (XDD) from 2014 to 2020. From there, they transitioned into a Compliance Analyst role at Mindlance in 2017, where they worked until 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Temple Cafeteria Worker at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2013, Legal Intern at Yingke Law Firm in 2012, and Contractor at Backus Carranza & Burden in 2012. Whitney also gained experience as a Research Intern at the Constitutional Court of Korea in 2011. Whitney'searliest roles include being a Case Manager at Myler Disability in 2009 and a Fundraising and Development Intern at Utah Health Policy Project (UHPP) in 2009.

Whitney Swain completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University-Hawaii from 2005 to 2009. Whitney then went on to pursue their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, from 2010 to 2013.
