Maxence Delmas

Maxence Delmas is an experienced executive with a strong background in managing business units within the health and cosmetics sectors. As the General Manager for European affiliates at Laboratoires FILLMED since December 2021, Maxence oversees operations across eight key countries, leading a team of over 90 individuals. Previously, Maxence held various senior roles at Galderma from January 2011 to December 2021, including Head of Aesthetics and Prescription Business Unit, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategic business units and managing significant sales growth. Earlier career roles included brand management positions at Reckitt Benckiser and L'Oréal Paris. Maxence holds a Master of Science in Marketing from emlyon business school, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Northumbria University, and an DUT in Human Resources Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
