Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
Cheryl T. has extensive experience in administrative support, currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Secretary at the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) since September 2020. Prior to this role, Cheryl held the position of Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO at Cimpress from November 2011 to September 2020. Cheryl's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to a Partner at Youngdo Moon from April 2006 to 2007 and as a Communications Administrative Assistant with the Ontario Provincial Police from 2002 to 2006. Cheryl is an alumnus of Trinity Western University.
Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is an inter-governmental body established in 1989 by the Ministers of its Member jurisdictions. The objectives of the FATF are to set standards and promote effective implementation of legal, regulatory and operational measures for combating money laundering, terrorist financing and other related threats to the integrity of the international financial system. The FATF is therefore a “policy-making body” which works to generate the necessary political will to bring about national legislative and regulatory reforms in these areas.
