Jay Thain

Jay Thain is an experienced software development professional with a solid track record in leading development teams and projects across various companies. Currently serving as Lead Software Developer at the Financial Ombudsman Service since October 2013, Jay has successfully transitioned from a senior role to leading multiple scrum teams, playing a key role in the company's transformation during significant growth phases. Previous roles include Lead Software Developer at MI Partnership, where Jay redeveloped high-transaction ecommerce websites, and Senior Software Developer at Thomson Reuters, focusing on server-side Agile development.
