Rebecca Willis

Rebecca Willis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Policy & Strategy at the Financial Ombudsman Service since November 2015, with interim roles including HR Director and Chief People Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Head of HR at Which? from 2013 to October 2015 and HR Director for UK&I at Alcatel-Lucent Telecom Ltd from 2010 to 2013. Rebecca's career at Alcatel-Lucent also includes various HR roles from 1999 to 2010, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Earlier experiences include a role as Human Resources Officer with P&O Exhibition Services. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from the University of Leicester and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel & Development.
