Angela Nyambura Gichaga serves as the Global President and Founding Chief Executive Officer of the Financing Alliance for Health since June 2017, where the focus is on providing technical and strategic advice to governments on sustainable financing for primary and community health systems. Simultaneously, Gichaga co-directs the Africa Frontline First Initiative, aimed at institutionalizing 200,000 community health workers across 10 African countries by 2030. As Executive Director of enAble Advisors, the emphasis is on leadership development and systems change. Previous experience includes consulting for McKinsey & Company and serving as a Health Economist at the Government of Kenya's Ministry of Health. Gichaga's educational background includes an MBChB from the University of Nairobi and various executive education programs from prestigious institutions including Harvard, Oxford, and the Academy of Executive Coaching.
