Finans Danmark
Freja Frøstrup has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Freja worked at Finans Danmark from 2011 to the present, starting as an HR consultant and progressing to the position of Head of HR in October 2018. During their time at Finans Danmark, they were responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, competency development, organization development, personnel law, and HR policy implementation.
Prior to working at Finans Danmark, Freja held a temporary role as Head of Section at Concern HR in the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation from May 2010 to February 2011. In this role, they were involved in hiring, maintaining employment, and handling resignations. Freja performed tasks such as creating job advertisements, participating in job interviews, negotiating wages, and making employment contracts.
Freja also worked as an HR consultant at Forsikring & Pension (The Danish Insurance Association) from August 2009 to May 2010 on a maternity cover assignment. Additionally, they served as an HRD student assistant at Vestforbrænding from March 2007 to July 2009, and as an HR student assistant at Roskilde Amt in October-December 2006.
Throughout their career, Freja has gained extensive experience in HR and has developed skills in various areas such as recruitment, organization development, personnel law, and HR policy implementation.
Freja Frøstrup's education history includes a High School degree in Mathematics from Solrød Gymnasium, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Freja then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Public Administration at Roskilde University from 2004 to 2007. Following this, Freja attended Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Social Science degree in Human Resource Management. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a HD, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting Control and Process Management (Økonomistyring og Procesledelse).

Finans Danmark er interesseorganisation for bank, realkredit og kapitalforvaltning i Danmark. Vi arbejder for holdbar vækst i hele Danmark og for vækst i en sektor, der beskæftiger ca. 42.000 medarbejdere med afgørende betydning for Danmarks vækstpotentiale. Banker, realkreditten og kapitalforvaltning spiller en stor, vigtig rolle i samfundet. Både hvad angår den finansielle infrastruktur, kreditgivning og at hjælpe alle danskere med deres økonomiske gøremål – men vi arbejder også for udbredelsen af et endnu mere digitalt Danmark. Som interesseorganisation følger Finans Danmark politiske processer i ind- og udland ganske tæt. Vi er også gerne i tæt dialog med mange forskellige interessentgrupper i hele Danmark. Kunder i de enkelte banker vil dog som oftest have allermest gavn af at kontakte deres eget pengeinstitut frem for brancheorganisationen, såfremt de ønsker dialog om kundeforhold.
