John Freeman

John Freeman currently serves as the Head of Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations at Finastra since 2024. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of IT Shared Services at PTC from 2011 to 2023, managing all corporate IT functions, including application development, infrastructure operations, and information security. John also served as the Interim Chief Information Officer at Fidelity Investments from 2003 to 2010, where leadership was provided to teams involved in project management and disaster recovery related to call center operations. Additionally, John oversaw Employer Services Technology at Fidelity Investments, improving call center technology solutions across various products. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Bryant University.
