Rufus Gould

Rufus Gould is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Business Partner Lead at Finastra since July 2015. In this role, Rufus manages the transition to a new business unit structure and acts as a business partner to the Chief Operating Officer of the Lending Business Unit. Responsibilities include leading a finance transformation, overseeing financial budgeting and reporting for strategic initiatives, and coordinating financial activities across various departments. Previous positions at Finastra include Group FP&A Lead, where Rufus implemented Anaplan and developed key financial dashboards, as well as Group FP&A Senior Analyst and analyst roles focusing on financial reporting and analysis. Prior to Finastra, Rufus worked in customer service and hospitality. Rufus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Economics from The University of Sheffield and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
