Nicholas Hague

Nicholas Hague has a diverse and extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Nicholas started their career at Morgan McKinley as a Recruitment Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Nicholas then worked at Marks Sattin as a Manager before moving to Halliday Marx, where they served as the Manager of the Permanent Division. Nicholas returned to Marks Sattin as a Senior Manager, responsible for sourcing executive and senior level finance professionals. Nicholas also worked as an Associate Director at Communicate Recruitment Solutions, focusing on accountancy and finance roles. Currently, they are the Head of Practice for M&A and Corporate Development at Finatal, where they launched and runs the dedicated M&A and Corporate Development Practice. Throughout their career, Nicholas has worked with private equity backed businesses, corporate clients, and various industries such as TMT, Retail, Professional Services, and Pharmaceutical/Biotech sectors.
