Katherine Zangari has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Katherine is currently the Head of Culture, Leadership, and Learning at Findex since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Learning Experience at Findex from September 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Findex, they worked as a Group Manager of Organisational Development at Evolution Mining from July 2020 to September 2022 and as a Learning and Development Manager at NTT Ltd. from October 2019 to July 2020. Katherine also has experience as a Learning and Organisational Development Manager at Dimension Data from September 2015 to October 2019, as well as various leadership and talent roles at NRMA from 2010 to 2015. Katherine began their career as a Learning Consultant at St George Bank and had earlier experience as an L&D Admin at Mercer.
Katherine Zangari earned their Bachelor of Commerce in Management/HR from Deakin University, where they attended from 1999 to 2005. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Training and Assessment with a focus on Workforce Development and Training from Esset - RTO. Katherine has also obtained various certifications, including Working Remotely in 2020 from LinkedIn, Saville assessment tools accreditation in 2019 from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company, Hogan Leadership tools in 2015 from Hogan Transportation Companies, and several other accreditations such as LSI accredited consultant, MBTI accredited (Myers Briggs), and Team Management Profile accredited.
